I would have really liked a Brabantia ironing board but finances are limited. I have a cheap ironing board and the meshwork pattern was coming through on to the clothes as I ironed. The Brabantia felt pad replacement looked good quality and it is. Ironing is softer and more enjoyable again !

Very strong cover, good fit on the clothes airer, BUT WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CHOOSE WHICH PATTERN I RECIEVED, AS THESE COVERS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE. I WOULD HAVE PREFERED THE OCEAN BLUE ONE RATHER THAN THE DULL GREY ONE. But overall i am very happy with the cover.

They fit the Brabantia bin perfectly and, unless you're getting rid of bricks, will not split even when stuffed full. Obviously dearer than supermarket alternatives, but you get what you pay for.

Quality product, easy to fit, 2010-08-10
This cover is just right for my way of ironing. I was finding the original (very smart-looking pattern, I'll admit) cotton cover on my board was gripping shirts too much and wouldn't let go when I lifted them to move them across the board. This holds things when I need it and lets go when I want to move them! I just miss the look of the original.

The materials and construction of the cover are very good, it was much easier to fit and fits well.

Brabantia does things well and has done for many years. I still have my original board given as a wedding present by my grandmother in 1972. Only reason I stopped using it regularly is because I needed a bigger surface for ironing cotton duvet covers. The combination of a larger Brabantia board with 100% useable surface and this cover makes for a very good ironing experience.

Excellent Replacement, 2010-05-26
This cover was bought to replace our old board cover which had a huge burn on it and was beginning to become very raggy so decided on this. And what can I say WOW very impressed, this was actually the closest one I could find for my size, easy to fit with the tools provided for tightning and the material seems very resistant against burns etc. Overall a great value replacement ironing board cover even for smaller sized boards.

Bin liners that actually fit!, 2010-09-04
Since building a new kitchen (January 2009)and my wife buying a slimline Brabantia pedal bin, I have been reluctant to empty the bin due to the degree of difficulty in getting a black bin liner to fit in a slimline bin. More of the liner was out than was in! Then I found these liners. They fit perfectly, are strong, easy to pull out and tie and consequently clean to use...brilliant.

I ordered these bin liners as we hava a new bin. I priced them in the shops and on line they are £3 per pack cheaper, will order again. Also came by our postal service.

This really helps make ironing easy ! Fits easily to the board, stays in position and makes ironing faster which has to be a good thing.
