After trying to replace my dilapidated 4 year old cutlery basket via Hotpoint Indesit and being spoken to very rudely (how dare I assume that these things were made to last for the life of the machine even though my last one survived 17 years?!), I decided to look online rather than be subjected to any more verbal abuse. I found the item at a fraction of the cost of the one offered by Hotpoint. It arrived within days and is an improvement on it's predecessor, having special teaspoon slots around the side denying their escape to the bottom of the machine.
