- Instructions for Use: 1. Heat up the waffle maker. 2. Add a little oil to keep it smooth (add more depending on preference). 3. Add the waffle mix. 4. Cook until golden brown with a lightly crisp outside. 5. Clean the waffle maker shortly after it's cooled
- Basic Recipe: Makes 12 waffles: INGREDIENTS; 4 eggs 150g flour 150ml milk 250g light crème fraîche 50g butter. DIRECTIONS: Break eggs into a bowl. Add flour and milk. Mix well until smooth. Melt butter and add to mixture. Leave to rest for an hour. Add creme fraiche. Flavour with lemon juice, to taste. Heat the waffle maker and cook each waffle for 3 minutes.
