You forget how good non stick is until you get a new pan and a wok shape shows this very well. Lightweight but as yet unbuckled by my thermo nuclear ( halogen) cooker hob.

No seriously I will with my brand new tefal stirfry for only £12 RTP. Yes, with my amazing tefal strifry pan fryingsomestir is a whizz. It is so amazing that it has a higher IQ than the vegetables I am cooking now thats epic!
All colourful jibberish aside this stirfry pan is wonderful. I am gonna tell you how much food it cooked in under 30 minutes (Obviously I mean the cooking time not the breakdown). Normal stirfrys have to be done portion by portion depending on the pan and for the first time I lobbed all the ingrediants in one after the other and there was still room. 2 portions of diced chicken fillets (maybe about a couple of pounds of meat) chopped mushrooms, cabbage, red onion, mixed peppers, bean sprouts, water chesnuts the whole shebang! Even after the stirring sauce and the noodles I was a master chef stirring with ease! The centre dot works like any tefal pan. It tells you when the temperature is perfect so your meat can be sizzeling right away. If you are trying to cook it quickly to lock the flavour thats a genius idea. Honestly for what you are paying this you have a life time pan. It is made of a sturdy metal and cooks perfectly and is a brilliant size. I would assume this pan has 30 years of use at least which is great when compared to a cheap pan.

Most useful pan I've got. Great for stir-fries, frying onions, meat, making curries, soups, whatever. The shape makes "tossing" the ingredients while they fry off a breeze. Fantastic non-stick surface - haven't managed to scratch it yet - and the pan will take any amount of heat, so far. Cleaning is effortless - even after frying off curry spices with onions, garlic and what-have-you.
Only possible shortcoming is that - as with so many things :-) - I wish it was a little larger.
Even SWMBO (who's convinced I just buy "stuff" for its novelty value) is impressed. Brownie points duly awarded. Excellent value product.

This stir fry pan is excellent. The non-stick feature works really well, washes great. A very sturdy handle, not too heavy. I would definately recommend this pan. I also have the tefal frying pan and this is equally as good.

I bought this as I required a wok. I love cooking and I use this quite a lot. It has good high walls so can add lots of things. It'a doddle to clean too.
The only improvement would be a glass lid.
