A really great idea! Makes poached eggs very easily with no hassle! Just pop them in a saucepan of simmering water, and 5 minutes later it's done. As other reviewers have said, putting the lid on the pan is vital. If you do this I found the eggs cooked very evenly.
They hardly takes up any cupboard space, and you can fit 4 in a large saucepan.

...and I thought I'd write a quick review!
Very easy to use - Crack an egg into one, float on boiling water in pan, cover. Wait exactly four minutes and there you have a perfect egg with a runny yolk! Place on buttered toast with a pinch of salt and plenty of pepper and there you have the perfect brunch!
No problem at all cleaning.
One word of warning though - if you spill some of the egg in the boiling water when placing the Poachpod in the pan, start again, as the spilled egg will expand, leaving no room for the steam to cook the top of the eggs!

Bought them on the recommendations and I love them. I slightly oil them first and use lid when cooking, perfect eggs every time.
