Works a treat and got it at a good price from Amazon.The removable plates clean up very easily. My only concern is that the springs, which are part of the removable plate catch mechanism, may give problems later, either through rusting or contamination when washed in the sink. Being a Ludite we don't have a dishwasher.

I used to have a home-tek steam mop but it got clogged because of hard water. So I saw this one on amazon and it seemed like a bargain price but thought I would give it a try. I must say, this is a true bargain, it does exactly what it says and it's so light weight. The best thing is that the tank is not enormous so it never gets heavy and I find the tank is big enough for me to clean 3 very large rooms so does not require constant refilling. The only thing I forget to do sometimes is to turn the knob to close position, if you don't do this then the water comes out if you're not using it. All in all, love the mop and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a steam mop - I already got my cousin to buy one.
