Before I purchased an automatic can opener,I always struggled with opening cans,ocassionally cut a finger,or spilt some of the contents. but the automatic one touch can opener is fantastic,clean efficient no jagged edges to cans anymore,how did I live without it??

I live in a very hard water area and found no discolouration. All I do is give it a quick wipe with a tea towel over the lens area straight after use.

Not a problem with reading it either, but I am using a gentle rolling boil. I found it to be accurate and consistent, which allows me to enjoy eggs exactly as I like them, every time. Gone are the days when I have given it 1 min too long and lost all my dipping yolk!.

Cheap, cheerful and a good addition if you like soft/medium boiled eggs.

Amazon had the best price I could find for these chopping boards. I had seen them locally so had a good idea what to expect.

The design is neat - the bottom of the imitation stainless steel container is open so there is no chance of crumbs, water or condensation building up. The symbols appear on both sides of the boards so you can put them back any way you like. The look is solid but the actual unit is not heavy at all - this could disappoint some.

I recently used a sharp knife when slicing something on the white board and clearly visible cuts quickly appeared in the laminate. Worried about these picking up colour and spoiling the look of the board I popped it in the dishwasher and it did come up clean.

Thus far I have been very pleased. It provides a stylish way to have your chopping boards easily to hand.

Just received the Wahl mini grinder today and lets just say it was so quick and easy to use. I have been using a hand grinder for years which although slow and tedious gave a good brew.
