Bought as a wedding present and they are more than pleased with this as it is cheap to run and the dishes taste wonderful. I have one so I thought it was a good idea for a wedding present - you can't go wrong. They liked the colour and it blends in with their kitchen. Brilliant.

Works a treat and got it at a good price from Amazon.The removable plates clean up very easily. My only concern is that the springs, which are part of the removable plate catch mechanism, may give problems later, either through rusting or contamination when washed in the sink. Being a Ludite we don't have a dishwasher.

I am very happy with this cooker. Use it once or twice a week for both meat and vegetable dishes and it has made life much easier. It does come with a few recipes, but I would suggest buying a separate slow cooker recipe book to really get the most out of it. It's very big and easily big enough for meals for 4 people with leftovers! Get one!

Excellent value for money. Really sturdy basket providing lots more space for cutlery than my old basket and for a great price.

Basket arrived very quickly. Unfortunately a small piece of plastic had broken off the handle clip in transit. I rang the company and they said they would send another basket out to me the next day. Returning the damaged basket took no more than a visit to the Post Office as postage was paid. The new basket arrived very promptly and in perfect condition.

Very pleased with both the quality of the product and the standard of service I received. Would happily buy from this company again.
