Really pleased with my latest Dyson! Only down-side is that the dust container doesn't hold as much as previous model. This wouldn't be a problem normally but we have just had new carpets and I have to empty it after I have cleaned each room!

A few months ago, we ran out of HepaFlo bags and ordered some that we thought were genuine from a supplier via Amazon. They turned up and they were simply paper bags, with a lot less air flow and much worse filtering.

We went back to look at the item and the description had changed, but there were several bad reviews by people who had believed they had ordered real Numatic bags.

These however are the real thing - and only £1 more than the clone bags! The filtering is better, the flow is better, they can be used for longer, the seal between the bag and pipe is better, they have the little sealing flap for when you remove the bag. Much much better for about 10p extra per bag! Go on, show your Henry some love.

I absolutely love this dyson dc25. The suction is so powerful you can see it lift the carpet slightly when hoovering. The on-board tools are conveniently located in the handle which is a clever way to store them. When cleaning the stairs you can leave the dyson at the bottom and the hose will stretch right up to the top so there's no lifting the machine up the stairs with you (and it doesn't fall over either!). Emptying the dyson is a doddle too - one click and the bin comes away from the machine - another click and the rubbish falls straight into the rubbish bin so you don't have to touch your rubbish at all. The ball makes manouvering the machine really easy too. Its actually a pleasure to vacuum now - I can certainly see the difference in my carpets after having used this machine. If you buy this, you'll not be disappointed!

I have been a fan of dyson eversince they first appeared in the electrical retail shop where I worked. I bought one after the first demostration and it is that same one that I have had until now. They were quite pricey then as they still are now, but when you consider the number of years service they give it works out very reasonable. Most parts can be ordered on line and simply fitted, but they are so robust it is seldom they go wrong. The only thing against the original one was that it was quite heavy, but when I read the reviews of the new DC24 lightweight model I was very interested. The Amazon price was the best I could find so I ordered it without hesitation. I am very pleased indeed with it! It is so light and easy to manouvre with the new ball system and the suction is quite incredible. The tools are easy to use and with the option of turning off the beater bar it is excellent for my wooden and tiled floors. So much quicker. The dust container is smaller than my first one and so fills up more quickly, but it is so easy to empty, just take it off, hold it over the bin and press the button. Well done Mr Dyson, you've really thought of everything you need in a floor cleaner. I am once again recommending it to everyone.

This little lady works a treat! Wife and daughter wanted pink! so Hetty was ordered. She arrived on time and worked with no problems other than one of the front caster wheels was a tad sticky! A drop of "WD 40" and a fiddle sorted this out. Super little machine works very well on the normal power and has a high power option if dirt is particularly difficult to shift! (Not usually required!)We have previously owned Dyson - ok but bit noisy and heavy to use. Vax upright this was ok but became very noisy and finally 2 years later gave up! Best of the bunch - quiet - easy to use - and light as a feather with a long lead is the fab little "Hetty"!!!! Don't bother with anything else.
