Bialetti is the best make out of all of them in Italy, I will buy another one off here now just to keep in the cupboard.

This is a handly and efficient little rice cooker. Easy to keep clean. It works very well once you get used to the corect amount of water needed.
It is best (but not necessary)to soak the rice in cold water for at least half and hour before cooking. Soak the rice first, rinse until water is clear and then cook. Use about 1 cup of rice to 1.5 cup of water if your like your rice soft and moist. But if you soak your rice first, you use less water and need less cooking time, 8 mins. Max cooking time 10 mins for one cup of rice. BROWN rice needs more water and more time in the microwave. Rice always comes out perfect. Have used one of these for over 12 years.

My last Pyrex dish came to an untimely end when it failed to rebound off the granite kitchen floor. I was most unimpressed with it's brittleness and this was poor quality item.

However this set of three dishes are astounding. The delivery company used them for a game of football in the warehouse but when I opened the box the dishes had survived intact!

So far I have used these dishes for demanding tasks such as toad in the hole and cooking frozen peas in the microwave. Tomorrow I am going to test them to their limits with a casserole.

The handles on the side mean they don't stack up inside one another, but why would you want to do this when they are such a thing of beauty and you leave them out on display to make your neighbours envious?

The glass also contained some minor blemishes (looked like bubbles) but these only act to refract the incoming infra red radiation more precisely to the items within the dishes.

I'm so happy with my Circulon Infinite set! They make cooking a pleasure and washing up a breeze! The handles don't get hot? but saying that I would expect them too if I was cooking for a lot longer. I've been after a new saucepan set since the non-stick from my Tefal set of 8 years started to come away. At first was going to go for another Tefal set from Argos but thought what's the point? I'll just end up having to buy a new set again? So thought I'd spend a bit more on a decent set?...I deserve it! You get what you pay for don't you? They are in my opinion well worth the money, and an excellent price compared to Lakeland or John Lewis! Also got the square baking tray and 10x15 baking tray by Circulon. They are both just as good as the pans. Can't wait to add more to my collection!

I have recently started as a Beekeeper and wanted a pan to make sugar syrup for Bee food.

The pan is excellent for this purpose.
The capacity scale inside helps to get the quantities right and the pan is extremely easy to clean with no more than hot water.

It was delivered in perfect condition and I am totally satisfied with it, and it's reasonable price.

I got these bowls for my birthday after dropping some pretty heavy hints.

We have limited space in our kitche but I love baking so these were ideal - by stacking them up not only do they look gorgeous but they take minimal space in the cupboard.

I've used mine time and time again - really useful when making cakes as you have the smaller bowl for weighing ingredients and beating the eggs in, plus the sieve for the flour.

The only thing I'd point out is if you use an electric hand whisk it'll scratch the bowl. But I've chucked these in the dishwasher time and time again with absolutely no problems.

Beautiful, useful and durable. I'm now a Joseph Joseph addict!

simply the best thing ive bought in years. thats takin into concideration the quality, the use i get out of it and most of all the price. not kidding, im buyin another one just a month after buyin the 1st one.
you have to season it yourself but thats certainly not even worth takin off a quarter of a star. simply rub it down with a light layer of oil or fat, both inside and out and bake it in the oven for an hour at around 250. it does look a bit staines when its done but after cookin a few times it blackens like you see pro pans on tv. i did this twice but im like that, once probably would have done. after that you have restraunt quality steaks in the house. nice charred lines on the outside even when doing medium rare steaks. if you like well done just do one side for as long as nessesary flip the steak and slip the pan in the oven until its done and your laughing.
that brings me to my next point, for those wondering over the size this pan fits 2 steaks in nicely but no more and thats why im getting another one for when i have company. i honestly cant speak highly enough for this pan and at that price what have you got to lose. lasts a lifetime to!
