My coffee maker arrived on time and in good condition. I buy coffee beans and grind them myself. I use 4 measures of ground coffee for 4 cups, or 2 large mugs. The result is excellent.

The coffee machine does everything it says it should. I can't say about espresso crema because we don't drink it, but it makes magnificent Capuccinos and Latte's. It does have a tendency to vibrate during the 'coffee' stage, but it's not enough of a drawback to effect my affection for the machine!

How did we manage without this? Answer - we didn't really and our coffees were never very hot because I was stopping the frothing when it looked right. Now with this handy little gadget I get great froth and hot coffee too. Well recommended
